Ecommerce Shipping in South Africa
Local delivery for in stock items
We currently only deliver within South Africa via our website.
Once you have placed an order for an item we have in stock, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. The order confirmation serves as your invoice and includes your order number along with all relevant details concerning your purchase.
Your order will be dispatched between 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Once your order has been processed and its shipment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please refer to your tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. All orders are delivered by a member of our team or one of our courier partners, and will require a signature on delivery.
The cost of delivery will be added to your order total before payment is taken.
Upon receipt of your shipment, you must inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Any shortages, defects in the goods, or any other complaint must be communicated to us in writing with accompanying images within 7 days of the order being delivered. If no notification is received within 7 days, the goods will be deemed to have been accepted and to be in good working order.
If your package shows it was successfully delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately.

E-commerce Returns in South Africa
Production Defects
If you are returning an item due to a flaw in the production, we will pay for it to be returned to us. You may choose a replacement, refund, or repair. If a replacement is not wanted, we will offer you a refund or credit note, as per your preference.
Change of Mind
Given that each of our pieces is one-of-a-kind, and precious and fragile in nature, we do not offer returns for change of mind. If you are not entirely happy with your piece for some reason, you may contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Incorrect Order
Should you receive an item that is not as ordered, we will replace it without charge.
Cancellation of Order
Should you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us in writing. We reserve the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending on the status of your order.
If we are unable to perform the whole or part of your order due to any cause or event beyond our control, we may offer notice in writing to you to cancel or suspend the order in whole or in part without liability. In the case of a cancelled order by us, payments will be refunded within 30 days.
Bespoke Orders
We do not accept the return of, or offer a refund on, any custom-made pieces.

International Shipping and Returns
For international shipping please contact us via email.
Due to high international courier costs, we unfortunately cannot offer exchanges or returns on international orders or for items purchased in South Africa but that leave the country. If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find a fair resolution.
