Minor variations between the pieces are a testament to their individuality and are not grounds to request an exchange or refund due to a product defect. 

Variations in Stones and Minerals 

Much like jewellery, each of the stones we source is completely one-of-a-kind, hand-selected for its beauty and individuality. As no two are the same, stones and designs will vary from images found on our website and on any other communication channels. When you purchase one of our in stock or pre-order candles online, you maybe be purchasing a piece that will be crowned with the same stone type however the size, facets and markings will be totally unique to you.
